The system integrates multiple components, starting with Gen3 Kiosks, which automate biometric capture and verification while handling passport and visa checks through AI-powered systems. These kiosks enable self-service processing, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention. 

The solution also incorporates eGates, which facilitate the final stage of automated border control by integrating with the kiosks to provide a smooth and continuous experience. These eGates ensure secure and accurate identity verification for travellers, whether exiting or entering the country. 

Furthermore, the Gen3 Kiosks are fully integrated with the Australian Department of Home Affairs’ databases, allowing real-time verification and decision-making. The system is designed to comply with government regulations while maintaining flexibility for future updates and technological advancements, ensuring a robust and future-proof border control solution.
